Returns Exchange and Refunds

  1. Can I return an item?
    If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange the item or refund the price of the item, but not including the postage fees (both sending and receiving). Unless the item was damaged or defected. Original copy of receipt must be provided.
    For book item, it must be in sealed, unopened and perfect condition.
    For other items, they must be unused.
    Please contact our Customer Service before returning an item.
     
  2. How long do I have to return an item?
    Return can be made within 1 month from date of purchase.
    If the item was damaged or defected, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days.
     
  3. Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
    You need to pay for postage fees for returning items, you also need to prove for the postage if required.
     
  4. How can I return an unexpected delivery?
    If your parcel includes something you hadn't ordered or you receive a parcel that you didn't order, please contact our  Customer Service
     
  5. What if item was damaged or defective?
    If you feel your item was damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days.
